## Frequently asked questions about the Xiaomi X20 Max

**Does the Xiaomi X20 Max empty its own dust bin?**

Yes. The station empties the robot’s dust bin after every run. The 2.5 l dust bag in the station lasts up to 75 days, the maker says.

**Does the Xiaomi X20 Max wash and dry its own mop?**

Yes. The station washes the mop itself, with water at 55 °C. It then dries the mop with warm air.

**Does the Xiaomi X20 Max work with Alexa, Google Home or Siri?**

It works with Alexa and Google Assistant.

**How high a threshold can the Xiaomi X20 Max climb?**

Thresholds up to 20 mm, the maker says. It has no climbing system for higher thresholds. Measure your own thresholds: the ones to a bathroom or balcony are often higher.

**Does the Xiaomi X20 Max fit under low furniture?**

The robot is 9.7 cm tall, so it fits under furniture with at least 10 cm of clearance.

**Is the Xiaomi X20 Max suitable for pet hair?**

Yes, the maker says. The brush guides hair to the side instead of winding it round the roller.
