What to expect from the Roborock S7 Max Ultra
The Roborock S7 Max Ultra is an all-in-one Roborock: 5,500 Pa of HyperForce suction with Carpet Boost and a floating rubber brush, Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance, and the VibraRise mop, a pad that scrubs with sonic vibration 3,000 times a minute and lifts itself when the robot reaches carpet. Its RockDock Ultra empties the bin, washes the mop, dries it and refills the robot's water tank.
On paper that covers the daily chores, and Roborock claims VibraRise removes dried stains 30 percent more effectively than ordinary robot mops. The suction figure is modest next to newer Roborock flagships, and the mop is a single vibrating pad rather than spinning pads or a roller. Our specifications do not say whether the station doses detergent or connects to the plumbing.
None of our test sources has measured it, so how well it vacuums, mops and avoids obstacles is still unknown. Our specifications list no navigation type, run time, bag size or mop lift height. Anyone who would rather buy on test results can look at the Roborock Qrevo Curv, an all-in-one with spinning mop pads that TechRadar, RTINGS and Vacuum Wars have tested.
