What to expect from the Ecovacs Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni

The Ecovacs Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni is an all-in-one robot built to reach edges: a side brush that extends into corners, spinning mop pads that move out along baseboards, and a mop lift of 0.7 inches that keeps the pads clear of deep-pile rugs. Beyond that, 18,500 Pa of suction, a ZeroTangle main brush built against hair wrap, and obstacle recognition with Ecovacs' AIVI 3D camera combined with structured light. The station empties the bin, washes the pads in water of up to 167 °F, dries them with 113 °F hot air and doses detergent by itself.

On paper that is a complete package: extending brush and mop, a high mop lift, hot-water washing, hot-air drying and detergent dosing are all on board, the features that separate a flagship station from a basic one. At 3.9 inches the robot is of ordinary height, and thresholds stop at 0.9 inches.

None of our test sources has measured this model, so how well it vacuums, mops and avoids obstacles is still unknown. Our specifications list no battery capacity, run time or bag size. Anyone who would rather buy on test results can look at the T90 Pro Omni, a tested Ecovacs with a self-rinsing roller mop, and anyone who needs a lower robot at the T50 Pro Omni, which is 3.2 inches tall.
