What to expect from the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3

The Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 is the third generation of Dreame's best-known mid-range robot: 25,000 Pa of suction, two spinning mop pads of which one extends along edges, an extending side brush, pads that lift 10.5 millimetres on carpet and the PowerDock station that empties the bin into a 3.2-litre bag for a hundred days, washes the pads on a self-cleaning washboard and dries them with hot air. The quoted run time is 231 minutes.

Compared with the Gen 2, suction on paper is two and a half times higher and the extending arms have been added, the features that gave the tested Dreame L40 and L50 cleaner edges and corners. The price sits below the L40s and L50s Pro Ultra.

What is missing against those pricier models: the station washes without hot water and doses no detergent, there is no water-line connection without a separate kit, the pads do not stay behind in the station automatically and our specifications list no camera-based obstacle recognition. Full power is rated at 70 decibels. None of our test sources has measured the Gen 3; anyone who wants a Dreame with a washing station at the lowest price finds it here.
