What to expect from the Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow
The Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow is Roborock's roller-mop model in the Edge line: a SpiraFlow roller rinsed under pressure with clean water while mopping that lifts 15 millimetres on carpet, 35,000 Pa of suction, the dual anti-tangle system, a retractable lidar at 8.98 centimetres tall and camera-based obstacle recognition. The station empties the bin into a 65-day bag, washes the roller in 63-degree water and dries with hot air. Matter and the usual voice assistants are supported.
With the roller Roborock targets sticky messes such as ketchup, soy sauce and muddy paw prints, exactly the ground where the testers still saw streaks and missed patches with the pad-based Saros 20. Roller mops from Ecovacs and Eufy consistently scored high at Vacuum Wars on dried stains and wet messes; whether the SpiraFlow roller matches that has not been measured yet.
What else the specifications show: no climbing system, no extending side brush, no detergent, no water connection and a quoted 66 decibels. None of our test sources has rated the Edge 2 Flow. Anyone with mostly hard floors who wants a roller from Roborock instead of pads is buying on the specifications for now; anyone with carpet and tall thresholds should look at the Edge 2 Pro.
