What testers say about the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete
For anyone wanting the most complete package available today and with room for the station, this is the reference.
The Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete, sold in the United States as the X60 Max Ultra Complete, is Dreame's current flagship: a retractable lidar that keeps it under nine centimetres tall, a climbing system for thresholds of more than five centimetres, two spinning mop pads with warmed water that extend and detach automatically, and a station that washes in boiling-hot water, dries with hot air, doses detergent and odour control and can be plumbed in. Tom's Guide calls it the best robot vacuum of 2026; Vacuum Wars ranks it 4th of 20.
Tom's Guide watched it pick up everything from hair to flax seeds and mop away dried soy sauce and mud without sticky residue, with a map ready in under ten minutes and an app that makes scheduling easy. Vacuum Wars measured 89 percent of the embedded sand out of carpet, a rare 100 percent on pressed-in pet hair, 22 of 24 obstacles avoided thanks to two cameras that see objects from a centimetre up, and a five-centimetre threshold taken without effort. The battery charges in about 80 minutes.
There is criticism too. On carpet with lots of hair and coarse debris performance dips slightly, the station is large and needs floor space, the route is a little less efficient than average and it covers less area per charge than rivals. Vacuum Wars finds the onboard bin small at 235 millilitres, but that is the US version: for the European version Dreame gives 310 millilitres. The price sits above most competitors, which both testers mention.

The robot notices when it drives onto a carpet. Most then raise their suction, and a mopping robot lifts its mop or leaves it at the dock.

When it matters
Entrances and kitchens, where dirt gathers in one place.
Pets that leave hair in a favourite spot.
If dirt is spread evenly, a normal pass cleans it just as well.
The robot returns to the dock during a run to rinse the mop, instead of pushing dirty water around. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.

In a small home with little dust, emptying the bin by hand takes a moment.

Frequently asked questions about the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete
1
Does the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete empty its own dust bin?
Yes. The station empties the robot’s dust bin after every run. The 3.2 l dust bag in the station lasts up to 100 days, the maker says.
2
Does the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete wash and dry its own mop?
Yes. The station washes the mop itself, with water at 100 °C. It then dries the mop with warm air.
3
Does the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete work with Alexa, Google Home or Siri?
It works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri. It also supports Matter, so it fits into another brand’s app.
4
How high a threshold can the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete climb?
Thresholds up to 52 mm, the maker says. With its climbing system it also takes two steps close together, up to 100 mm in all. Measure your own thresholds: the ones to a bathroom or balcony are often higher.
5
Does the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete fit under low furniture?
The robot is 8.9 cm tall, so it fits under furniture with at least 9 cm of clearance. Its lidar turret retracts where space is tight.
6
Is the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete suitable for pet hair?
Yes, the maker says. The brush guides hair to the side instead of winding it round the roller.
