Suction in pascal, as the maker measures it. More pascal helps on carpet, but it says little about how well the robot picks grit off a hard floor.

What testers say about the eufy Omni C20
The eufy Omni C20 brings the all-in-one station to the lower mid-range: a station that empties the bin into a three-litre bag, washes and dries the mop pads and refills the water tank, on a robot just 8.5 centimetres tall with 7,000 Pa of suction and two spinning mop pads that lift on carpet. Vacuum Wars bought one and tested it for several weeks.
Mopping was surprisingly good for the price: 105 points on dried stains against a 93 average, with half a gram of water left behind where the average robot leaves a gram, adding up to 227 points against 171 on average. Flattened pet hair in carpet was picked up at 96 percent against 81 on average, the station emptied and washed reliably and has a removable tray, and the low build takes it under furniture that taller robots cannot reach. The app offers multiple floors, room settings and no-go zones.
The criticism: the battery covers about half the area per charge of the average robot, one of the site's lowest scores, and the 250-millilitre bin is small, so it returns to the station often. Long hair wrapped around the brush more than average, airflow was a quarter below average, the carpet deep clean was exactly average and the crevice test mediocre. Obstacle recognition is absent and the station washes without warm water. For a smaller home with lots of hard floor that wants a washing station without paying much, it is a strong offer; for a large home with lots of carpet it is not.
eufy Omni C20 specifications
The numbers that matter first, then every fact by group. As published by the maker or the shop we read it from.
The side brush swings out in a corner or along a kickboard, so the dust there is swept in too. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
Carpet detection
When it matters
Rugs and carpets, where the robot should raise its suction.
Mopping in a home with rugs, which have to stay dry.
The robot notices when it drives onto a carpet. Most then raise their suction, and a mopping robot lifts its mop or leaves it at the dock.
detects carpet
Suitable for pet hair
When it matters
Dogs and cats that shed.
Long-haired pets, whose hair wraps around a brush.
When it matters less
Without pets, ordinary hair and dust need nothing special.
Source: derived, no source of its own · checked on 2 Oct
Whether the robot copes with pet hair: a brush that hair does not wind around and a dock that empties the bin for you. Where the maker does not say so itself, we read it from those two.
yes
Filter type
When it matters
Dust allergy or asthma, where the exhaust should not blow fine dust back into the room.
Pets, whose dander floats in the air.
When it matters less
Without allergies a simple filter catches what you can see.
The robot leaves the mop at the dock before it vacuums a carpet, so the carpet never gets wet. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
Mop refreshed while mopping
When it matters
Large hard floors, where a mop that is never rinsed spreads dirt around.
Kitchens with sticky spills.
When it matters less
In a small home the mop does not get dirty enough in one run for it to matter.
The robot returns to the dock during a run to rinse the mop, instead of pushing dirty water around. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
Steam
When it matters
Dried-on spills and grease in a kitchen.
Wanting a deeper clean than water and a cloth give.
When it matters less
On a floor with only light dust it adds little, and it does not suit untreated wood.
The robot or its dock works with steam. It loosens dried-on dirt and grease, or washes the mop hotter than water alone. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)

Empties the dust bin
When it matters
Pets, sand or a large home, which fill the bin every run.
Dust allergy, since you rarely touch the dust yourself.
When it matters less
In a small home with little dust, emptying the bin by hand takes a moment.
The dock collects dust in a bin instead of a disposable bag. No bags to buy, but you empty it yourself. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
How the robot sees loose things on the floor, such as cables, socks or a pet accident. A camera with depth sensing sees more than a bumper that reacts on contact.
An extending leg or wheel that carries the robot over a high threshold. Without one it usually stops at about 2 cm. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
No-go zones
When it matters
Pet bowls, a play corner or a rug with tassels the robot should skip.
Places where it gets stuck, such as under a low chair.
When it matters less
In a clear home with nothing to avoid you will rarely use it.
An arm on the robot that picks up small loose things such as socks, so they are not in its way. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
