How much does a robot vacuum cost? Today’s prices by type
A robot vacuum costs mostly what its station costs: with a charging dock only it is usually cheapest, with an all-in-one station usually priciest. Median price today: charging dock only 153 €, auto-empty 240 €, all-in-one 599 €. Prices on 5 October 2026.
What does a robot vacuum cost by type?
We sort the models into three tiers by the station they come with: a charging dock only, an auto-empty station that empties the bin, and an all-in-one station that also washes and dries the mop. This is how prices stand today in each tier:
| Station | On sale | Median price | Cheapest | Cheapest in the ranking |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| charging dock only | 34 | 153 € | Cecotec Conga M10 Advance Aqua Pro, 89 € at Amazon.de | Roborock Q7 L5, 111 € at Amazon.de |
| auto-empty station | 26 | 240 € | Vonko S6 Pro, 149 € at Amazon.de | Shark PowerDetect Self-Empty, 182 € at Amazon.de |
| all-in-one station | 111 | 599 € | Ecovacs Deebot T30e OMNI, 209 € at Amazon.de | Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni, 345 € at Amazon.de |
On sale today by tier: charging dock only 34, auto-empty 26, all-in-one 111. The median is the price that half of the models stay under.
Why do prices differ so much?
Three things mostly decide what a robot vacuum costs:
- The station. A station that empties itself, washes and dries costs more than a charging dock, and it is bigger.
- The mopping. A robot that lifts its mop on carpet and cleans its own pads is pricier than one that only vacuums.
- The age of the model. A new model usually costs more, and last year’s often gets cheaper.
A higher price tells you what the model can do, not automatically how well it vacuums or how long it lasts. For that, look at the test results.
