How the robot sees loose things on the floor, such as cables, socks or a pet accident. A camera with depth sensing sees more than a bumper that reacts on contact.
When it matters
Cables, socks and toys left on the floor.
Pets, whose accidents a robot should steer around.
In a home that is tidied before each run it matters less.

The MOVA E50 Pro Ultra is the E50 Ultra with a better station: the same robot with 30,000 Pa of suction, two spinning TurboScrub mop pads of which one extends along edges, pads that lift 10.5 millimetres on carpet, lidar navigation and a flat 97-millimetre build, but now with a station that washes the pads in 100-degree water, dries with hot air, doses detergent and can be connected to the water line. The 3.2-litre dust bag lasts a hundred days and the clean-water tank holds five litres.
That gives the Pro Ultra, on paper, the same maintenance package as MOVA's pricier P70 Pro Ultra and Dreame's L50 line, for mid-range money. The extending mop arm is familiar from the tested Dreame models, where it gave cleaner edges.
What is missing: the side brush does not extend, the pads do not stay behind in the station automatically and our specifications list no camera-based obstacle recognition, so cables and socks must come off the floor. None of our test sources has measured the E50 Pro Ultra. For a home with mostly hard floors and little clutter it is one of the cheapest ways to get a hot-water station.
Based on the maker's specifications and our price data; none of our test sources has tested this model.

The numbers that matter first, then every fact by group. As published by the maker or the shop we read it from.
A brush that guides hair to the side instead of letting it wind around the shaft. It saves the cutting work in homes with long hair or pets. On this model: from the maker's product text, not from a specification table.
yes
Extending side brush
When it matters
Corners and edges along kickboards, where a round robot leaves a strip of dust.
The side brush swings out in a corner or along a kickboard, so the dust there is swept in too. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
Suitable for pet hair
When it matters
Dogs and cats that shed.
Long-haired pets, whose hair wraps around a brush.
Without pets, ordinary hair and dust need nothing special.
Source: derived, no source of its own · checked on 2 Oct
Whether the robot copes with pet hair: a brush that hair does not wind around and a dock that empties the bin for you. Where the maker does not say so itself, we read it from those two.
yes
Mopping6 facts
Mop type
When it matters
Homes with a lot of hard floor that you want mopped, not just wiped.
Dried-on dirt in a kitchen, which spinning pads or a roller scrub off better than a dragged cloth.
If you only vacuum, the mop’s build decides nothing.
The pad slides out along a wall or a kickboard, so the last few centimetres are mopped as well. On this model: from the maker's product text, not from a specification table.
The robot leaves the mop at the dock before it vacuums a carpet, so the carpet never gets wet. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
Mop refreshed while mopping
When it matters
Large hard floors, where a mop that is never rinsed spreads dirt around.
Kitchens with sticky spills.
In a small home the mop does not get dirty enough in one run for it to matter.
The robot returns to the dock during a run to rinse the mop, instead of pushing dirty water around. On this model: Assumed, not a stated fact: the maker's full specification does not name it, so we take it as no.
no (assumed)
Water tank in the robot
When it matters
Large hard floors mopped in one go.
A robot whose dock does not refill it during a run.
With a dock that refills the robot during the run, the tank’s size hardly matters.
How long the maker says a dust bag lasts with daily use. With pets or a lot of carpet it is shorter. On this model: from the maker's product text, not from a specification table.

Washes the mop
297 of the 378 models we track have this.
When it matters
Mopping several times a week, when rinsing pads by hand gets tiresome.
Kitchens and hallways, where a mop picks up a lot of dirt.
If you rarely mop, washing the pads by hand is little work.
Drying is done with warm air instead of cold. It is faster and it helps against smell. On this model: from the maker's product text, not from a specification table.
yes
Dispenses detergent
When it matters
Kitchens and greasy floors, where water alone leaves a film.
Not wanting to add cleaner by hand each time.
Some floors, such as oiled wood, are best mopped with water only, so there it adds nothing.
The dock can be connected to the tap and the drain, so you never fill or empty a tank. It does need a connection nearby. On this model: from the maker's product text, not from a specification table.
yes
Clean water tank
When it matters
Large hard floors mopped every day.
Being away for days while the robot keeps mopping.
With a dock connected to the tap the tank is filled for you.
How the robot maps your home and follows that map. Lidar measures with a laser and works in the dark, a camera looks along and recognises more. On this model: from the maker's product text, not from a specification table.
