What to expect from the Ideal AP30 Pro
For anyone who wants to set the facts on this page beside those of other air purifiers.
The Ideal AP30 Pro is an air purifier from Ideal. The maker gives an air flow figure but no CADR, so we cannot yet place it on our room-size scale. Its 360-degree filter is one piece that combines a true HEPA layer and activated carbon. It has an automatic mode.
The noise level runs from 16.7 to 54.2 dB. It draws up to 30 W. It is 255 millimetres wide, 298 millimetres deep and 398 millimetres tall. It weighs 3.6 kilograms. The maker says the filter lasts up to 12 months.
None of our test sources has tested the Ideal AP30 Pro, so how well it cleans the air in practice is still unknown.

Its professional air purifiers are made in Germany, and the AP80 Pro suits rooms of 70 to 100 m², moves up to 800 m³ of air an hour through a 360° filter of prefilter, HEPA and activated carbon and adjusts its level to the measured air quality.
