What to expect from the JONR X1 Max
For anyone who wants a full station with warm washing and a side brush and mop that reach out, it is a generously equipped choice on paper to set beside tested stations.
The JONR X1 Max is a robot with an all-in-one station: the station empties the bin into a 2.5-litre bag that JONR says lasts 60 days, washes the spinning mop pads in 75-degree water and dries them with hot air. The station is 350 millimetres wide, 457 millimetres deep and 427 millimetres tall.
The robot navigates with lidar, pulls 20,000 Pa of suction and has an anti-tangle brush; both the side brush and the mop pads reach out to get into edges and corners. It climbs thresholds of up to 25 millimetres, is 97 millimetres tall and 350 millimetres across, has a 5,200 mAh battery and JONR states 61 dB. It comes with a 2-year warranty.
Our specifications list no detergent dosing or water connection for the station, and no run time or obstacle recognition. None of our test sources has tested the X1 Max.
